bathroom leakstained sheets
The staff was nice enough i guess but some things where just not right. the bathroom had this leak, it made like a small pond after a shower. sheets had spots even after they cleaned them. scheduling was also a pain. The folks weren't exactly helpful to fix problems quick. it took a lot of effort to sort stuff out.

the staff was friendly i appreciated their help. breakfast included many moroccan dishes it started at 7 am. the oncf train station was only 400 m away this was very convenient.
the sofa in the room had chips i sat on them when i arrived. the room service did not clean this for 24 hours. broken curtains were present the washroom tiles was broken.

The staff was helpful. I needed to store my bicycle bags for two weeks, and they accommodated my request without hesitation. The location was convenient as taxi drivers easily recognized it. The breakfast was delicious. I savored the various options available. The traditional decor added a nice cultural touch to my stay.

the rooms were very comfortable and clean, especially the shower it had lots of hot water! the mattress was also comfortable, i loved the good bed linen. the staff were nice, the breakfast staff loved the omelettes.
the ac didn't work perfectly. it was uncomfortable.

the hotel is near the railway station, about 5 minutes walking distance. that makes it easy to travel to other cities. the hotel is a bit far from the city center.
